Summary:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Manager with a strong sales background to identify, cultivate, and convert leads for small construction projects. This role requires someone who excels at relationship-building, has a deep understanding of the sales process, and is committed to driving the entire lifecycle of a project, from initial contact to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales-driven mindset, be comfortable working autonomously, and thrive in an environment with significant commission-based incentives.

Responsibilities:
• Identify potential leads for small construction projects that are not covered by local government.
• Reach out to prospective clients and cultivate long-lasting, positive relationships.
• Actively sell the company’s services to potential clients, demonstrating how we can serve as the project manager for their needs. Effectively pitch and close deals with clients.
• Once a project is secured, oversee and manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain strong, ongoing communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns throughout the project’s duration.
• Actively engage in networking opportunities to build connections within the industry and local communities, ensuring the company is visible to potential leads.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
• Strong ability to identify new leads and convert them into customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• High level of self-motivation, with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Strong understanding of processes and the ability to oversee a project from start to finish, preferred.
